Switch to a propane heating system (more efficient and sustainable). Launch of the official website, digital marketing strategy for Nordic spas, and accounting managed by Lyne Lambert. Daily operations led by Louise and her team while founders maintained their professional careers.

Delivery of prefabricated buildings from Pennsylvania. Assembly by Mr. Marco Baril after hand-sanding, staining, and varnishing. Installation of a relaxation yurt, creation of Nordic water basins, and landscaping by an architect specializing in natural spas.
Founding partnership with Michel and Claude. Selection of a mountain plot in Mandeville to build Spa Natur’eau. Manual forest clearing, 4x4 trail access, scouting of the panoramic site. Winter work in snowshoes: wood cutting, cleanup, staking out the future spa nestled in nature.

Discovery of Mandeville by Dominic Lambert and Louise Chrétien, thanks to Mr. Michel Charpentier. Instant love for the mountainous Lanaudière region. Purchase of a chalet in Mandeville across from Michel’s, laying the foundation for the future Nordic spa in nature.
