Lodging (regular reservations):
– At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount (before taxes) will be charged to a credit card.
– You may cancel your reservation free of charge and without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival date.
– If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your arrival date, cancellation fees will be charged (the 50% deposit already charged at booking, plus GST and QST).
– For a same-day cancellation or a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount (plus GST and QST) will be charged.
– No cancellation will be refunded because of poor road conditions caused by bad weather or other weather conditions.
Lodging (package reservations):
– At the time of booking, a valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
– You may cancel your reservation free of charge and without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival date.
– If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your arrival date, your package remains valid, but a cancellation fee ($50 + taxes) will be charged.
– For a same-day cancellation or a no-show, your package will be considered used.
– No cancellation will be accepted because of poor road conditions caused by bad weather or other weather conditions.
Our treatments (massages, wellness treatments and body care treatments):
– A valid credit card number is required to confirm the reservation.
– A 50% penalty will be charged for any reservation cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
